Partner Companies
Partner Companies
At USNT we highly value the important relationships with strategic partners that have in many cases taken years to develop and nurture. We also take great pride in the companies we've already purchased and/or have agreed to acquire. And, we're continuously and aggressively seeking other companies in which to invest or acquire and bring into the "USNT family of companies".

Acquired, Subsidiary or Affiliated Companies

Our first acquisition is Vitelity Communications www.Vitelity.com

Vitelity offers at-source and carrier-quality DIDs (telephone numbers), call termination and call origination toll-free numbers via direct switching access, E911 services and hosted PBX services.

Companies Under Agreement to Acquire
